I've logged in but keep getting logged out

This may be to do with your web browser's cookies at an unneccessarily high level. You should set your cookies to a medium level (or lower). How does the address finder work?

You type in your postcode, and a window will pop up, giving you a number of address options. Simply select the correct address, and the pop-up window will close, and fill in your details correctly on the form. If the window isn't popping up, please check that your browser allows pop-ups. Alternatively you can fill in the form normally.

I added a new address during my booking, but it has not stored in my account

Check your stored addresses. We store up to three addresses for your convenience. If you wish an address to be stored next time, please remove one from your account.

When I pop up a calendar in Mozilla Firefox (during the booking process), I cannot see the whole calendar

You may have custom extensions activated in Firefox, that display in the bottom right of the window. This forces the calendar to centre to the true width of the window. Two options are (1) to disable your custom extensions, or (2) stretch the pop-up to fit in the whole calendar.
