    I ordered a midi skip online for delivery on the morning of the 15th February and to be collected PM 16th Feb 2 days at a cost of £137.83.

    The skip did not arrive until just after 1:30PM
    on the 15th despite numerous phone calls to Pink Skips. 2 x workers sat doing nothing from 10AM at £10 per hour each.

    The skip was then removed at 12 midday on the 16th. The skip was at the premises for less than 24hrs.

    I paid £137.83 for use of a skip that should have been delivered between: (Taken from your confirmation email)

    I contacted your company yesterday early afternoon and was assured someone would contact me to sort things out. No one called.

    Today I have spoken to Josh who informed me that delivery times and removal times cannot be guaranteed.This is not mentioned in the booking confirmation of at time of booking. It states on your confirmation that delivery time should be between 08:00 and 12:00 and removal time between 12:00 and 18:00. I consider the times of delivery and collection to be unsatisfactory.I realise that exact times are difficult to be kept but to pay £137.18 for less than 24hrs use of the skip unacceptable let alone the wasted payment to workmen on the morning of the 15th.

    I am willing to negociate a compromise, either return a skip for a day or return half of my payment (£68.91. Failure to come to a compromise will result in legal action.

    I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
