Skip hire in London: Belgravia residents get that sinking feeling
A water leak appears to have caused a skip to sink in an expensive residential road.
News that Belgravia locals woke up to a large crater in the middle of Chester Row might have caught the attention of those seeking skip hire in London.
The Evening Standard reports that the skip contained soil from excavations, which were designed to create a cinema and gym in a nearby house.
Famous faces who reside in the area include Roman Abramovich, the owner of Chelsea Football Club, and former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
