Account Manager
Salary: £15,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
The TopTriangle Account Management Team provide specialised client care for commercial clients within the construction, engineering, and maintenance. As a TopTriangle Account Manager you will develop account client relationships at a mid-senior management level, and will be regarded by the client as a trusted advisor. You are responsible for client satisfaction and overall business profitability through service delivery.
You will co-ordinate the Account Management support team to ensure service levels are met for your account clients, and report directly to the Commercial Department Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Nurture and build supportive client relationships.
• Develop client accounts and cross sell other TopTriangle services where appropriate.
• Direct all account activity from TopTriangle while maintaining constant dialogue with clients.
• Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships.
• Grow the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
• Provides leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the commercial department team.
You will:
• Be able to demonstrate experience in sales and/or customer service
• Be able to demonstrate experience in negotiation and leadership;
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Be a motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrate excellence in interpersonal skills.
• Be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coaching, support, and on the job training is available to new employees.
You will be target driven with both individual and team targets to achieve. Commission entitlement is related to on sales performance and the retention and growth of client accounts.
